Red the wind user

I decided to make red a Wind user because why not.

She can manipulate air temperatures (reason why fire and high heat don't damage her) She can also user her wind powers to manipulate other elements if they are in range. 

She can create fire if she makes her wind warm enough (google it, it's possible), however this takes time to happen and it also can tire her out very easily so it would be a last ditch effort.
